Terms of Service
  • We do not respond to comments/messages via social medias. This includes TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. All correspondence is done via our shop email.

  • Your purchase means you have read and accept our terms and policies. No exceptions.
  • You have read through our policies and understand our ship times as well as how our transfers work and how we can be reached if there are any issues. We do not ship to any address other than what is listed at checkout. 
      • Your purchase means you agree to and understand that our TAT (turnaround time) is 1-3 business days for in stock items and 14 business days for preorders to arrive to me then 1-3 business days to get them inventoried, packed and shipped. This is processing time not transit time. There are times we have to extend turnaround time at which point the info will be located on the header banner of our website. It is your responsibility to read over our website info. 

      •  Your transit time (time once it is in mail carriers hands), is not included in the shop's turnaround time. We are not responsible for transit times. We can’t control how fast the post gets items to you. Once they have packages they have control over the time it takes to get delivered. 
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for tracking to update and move through the post office network. This is standard with post office and their recommended time. There can be delays of system updating. This is out of our control. Please contact post office if it is more than 10 business days with no updates
  • Your purchase means you agree to contact us within 3 days of delivery if you feel there are any issues with missing or damaged items in transit. This does not include user error i.e, not using a proper heat press, not heating to temps or times as included in the instructions.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS! Only store credit is offered when contacted within the 3 business days of delivery as stated.
  • We will not refund or replace due to user errors. Please check your heat press settings with a temp gun and double check the time and pressure needed for each transfer. DO NOT USE CRICUT EASY PRESS OR HOME IRONS. 

  • *NO refunds or replacements for items that have been used Due to the nature of these items.
