Turnaround Time

  • TAT (turnaround time) is 1-3 business days for in stock items and 14 business days for preorders to arrive to me then 3 business days to get them inventoried, packed and shipped. Not including weekends or holidays. In stock items and preorder items purchased together will ship once preorder items arrive. This is processing time not transit time.
  • If we have a sale or more orders come through we will have the turnaround time stated on our homepage. Please be sure to take note of these timeframes. We are not responsible for promising your customers certain dates. Please take into account possible postal delays as well especially during major holidays. Preorders will be 14 business days to arrive to me then 3 business days to process, pack and ship. 
    • Your purchase means you agree to contact us within 3 days of delivery if you feel there are any issues with missing or damaged items in transit. This does not include user error i.e, not using a proper heat press, not heating to temps or times as included in the instructions.
    • NO EXCEPTIONS! NO REFUNDS! Only store credit is offered when contacted within the 3 business days of delivery as stated. 

This does not include transit time to you. Please be sure that you are taking into consideration the time it takes through USPS or UPS.

  • We are not responsible for transit times. We can’t control how fast the post gets items to you. Once they have packages they have control over the time it takes to get delivered.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for tracking to update and move through the post office network. This is standard with post office and their recommended time. There can be delays of system updating. This is out of our control. Please contact post office if it is more than 10 business days with no updates.

Monday-Friday are considered business days. Weekends are not included in this timeframe.
